Our Mission

At the desert hug project our mission is to bring joy and comfort to children in foster care by delivering homemade desserts on their special day. Whether it’s a birthday, a new placement, or a moment where they just feel the need to be seen, we’re here to remind them they matter. Every treat is made with love and care by volunteers, offering a sweet hug in the form of baked goods.

Each dessert represents a simple but powerful message: you matter, and you are not forgotten.
